Delete Your VSAT Care Account

VSAT Care is operated by Cenit Electronics & Services Pvt. Ltd.

If you are a Customer or service engineer, freelancer, or service-center partner using the VSAT application, you can use this page to request deletion of your VSAT Care account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

To protect your account from unauthorized deletion, we need to verify that you are the account holder.

  1. Check if you really want to delete your account.
  2. Then click on link "I am a Customer", if you are a customer.
  3. OR click on link "I am a Partner", if you are a Partner.
  4. Follow the steps as below, in the form when prompted.
  5. Enter the mobile number registered with your VSAT Partners account below.
  6. Click Send OTP.
  7. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
  8. After successful verification, confirm your account deletion request.
  9. Your deletion request will then be processed by Cenit Electronics & Services Pvt. Ltd.
