If you are a service engineer, freelancer, or service-center partner
using the VSAT Partners application, you can use this page to request
deletion of your VSAT Partners account and associated personal data.
How to request account deletion
To protect your account from unauthorized deletion, we need to verify that you are the account holder.
Enter the mobile number registered with your VSAT Partners account below.
Click Send OTP.
Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
After successful verification, confirm your account deletion request.
Your deletion request will then be processed by Cenit Electronics & Services Pvt. Ltd.

What will be deleted
When your account deletion request is completed, we will delete or
anonymize personal data associated with your VSAT Partners account
that is not required to be retained.
This may include:
Partner/engineer name
Registered mobile number
Email address
Profile information
Address information
Profile photographs, where applicable
Device/location information associated with your account, where applicable
Other personal information associated with your partner account
Service and work-related information
Information relating to service assignments, completed jobs,
customer-service transactions, payments, invoices, disputes, or
other business records may need to be retained where necessary to:
Complete or resolve an ongoing service assignment
Process payments or outstanding amounts
Resolve customer complaints or disputes
Maintain transaction or service records
Prevent fraud or misuse
Meet legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or other legitimate obligations
Where information must be retained for one of these purposes, it
will be retained only for the period necessary for that purpose and
handled in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.
Location information
VSAT Partners may use precise device location to support service-assignment and service-management functionality.
Where applicable, location information associated with the partner
account will be deleted or anonymized as part of the account-deletion
process, except where retention is required for a legitimate legal,
security, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purpose.
Important information before deleting your account
Deleting your account may prevent you from accessing:
Current or previous service assignments
Service history
Partner earnings/payment information
Profile information
Other partner-account features
If you have active service assignments, outstanding payments,
disputes, or other unresolved business matters, we may need to
complete or resolve those matters before the associated information
can be fully deleted.
If you cannot access your registered mobile number
If you no longer have access to the mobile number registered with
your VSAT Partners account, contact:
For security purposes, we may request additional information to
verify ownership of the partner account before processing the
deletion request.
Deletion processing
After successful account-holder verification and confirmation of
the deletion request, Cenit Electronics & Services Pvt. Ltd.
will process the request within a reasonable period.
Some information may be retained where required for legal,
regulatory, accounting, security, fraud-prevention,
dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes. Any retained
information will be subject to the applicable retention
requirements and will not be retained longer than necessary for
those purposes.
