If you are a VSAT Care Customer, you can use this page to request deletion of your VSAT Care account and associated personal data.
How to request account deletion
To protect your account from unauthorized deletion, we need to verify that you are the account holder.
Enter the mobile number registered with your VSAT Care Customer account below.
Click Send OTP.
Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
After successful verification, confirm your account deletion request.
Your deletion request will then be processed by Cenit Electronics & Services Pvt. Ltd.

What will be deleted
When your account deletion request is completed, we will delete or
anonymize personal data associated with your VSAT Care account
that is not required to be retained.
This may include:
Registered mobile number
Email address
Profile information
Address information
Profile photographs, where applicable
Device/location information associated with your account, where applicable
Service and booking information
Information relating to completed or ongoing service requests may be handled separately where it is necessary to:
Complete an ongoing service request
Resolve a customer dispute
Process refunds or payment-related matters
Prevent fraud or misuse
Meet legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or other legitimate obligations
Where information must be retained for one of these purposes, it
will be retained only for the period necessary for that purpose and
handled in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.
Important information before deleting your account
Deleting your account may prevent you from accessing:
Previous service bookings
Service history
Saved addresses
Account information
Other account-related features
If you have active service assignments, outstanding payments,
disputes, or other unresolved business matters, we may need to
complete or resolve those matters before the associated information
can be fully deleted.
If you cannot access your registered mobile number
If you no longer have access to the mobile number registered with
your VSAT Care account, contact:
Please provide sufficient information for us to verify ownership of the account. For security reasons, we may request additional information before processing a deletion request.
Deletion processing
After successful account-holder verification and confirmation of
the deletion request, Cenit Electronics & Services Pvt. Ltd.
will process the request within a reasonable period.
Some information may be retained where required for legal,
regulatory, accounting, security, fraud-prevention,
dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes. Any retained
information will be subject to the applicable retention
requirements and will not be retained longer than necessary for
those purposes.
