These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use the services available on https://www.vsatcare.com and the Cenit Electronics & Services Pvt. Ltd. (together called the “Platform”). The services provided through the Platform are referred to as the “Services”

By accessing or using our Platform or Services, you agree to follow these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

In these Terms, the company VSAT Care may be referred to as “VC”

3. Other Policies That Apply

These terms include and must be read together with:

  • Our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.vsatcare.com)
  • Any additional rules, guidelines, or service-specific terms we may publish from time to time would be known as (“Supplemental Terms”)

If there is any difference between these Terms and the Supplemental Terms for a particular service, the Supplemental Terms will be applicable.

4. Who Can Use the Services

You may use the Services if:

  • You are above 18 years,
  • You are legally allowed to enter into a contract under Indian law.

If you are using or booking Services on behalf of another person or company, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

5. Your Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree that:

  • The information provided by you is true, accurate, and up to date.
  • You will use the Services only for lawful purposes.
  • You will not misuse, copy, or harm the Platform or Services.
  • You will follow all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Services Offered

VSAT Care provides home and professional services through trained service professionals.

  • Services may vary based on location and availability of our professional experts.
  • We may add, change, or stop any service at any time.
  • Service details, pricing, and timelines will be mutually agreed between customer & our service technician on call registration application.

7. Booking & Payments

  • Prices will be shown on the Platform or shared before service confirmation.
  • Payments must be made through approved payment methods.
  • Additional charges may apply if extra work is requested or required.
  • VSAT Care reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings in certain situations.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policy may vary depending on the type of service booked.
  • If the customer cancels the service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the visit charge will be refunded to the customer's wallet.
  • All eligible refunds will be processed only to the customer's wallet and cannot be transferred to a bank account or any other payment method, which can be redeemed any time in the next booking.

9. Service Professionals

  • Professionals are trained and verified by VSAT Care
  • VSAT Care is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond control. (weather, customer unavailability & Natural calamity, etc.)
  • Customers are expected to behave respectfully with our professionals

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • VSAT Care is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (as Customer) for the specific service
  • Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (logos, text, images, software, etc.) belongs to VSAT Care or its licensors.

You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any content without written permission.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or stop your access to our platform Services if:

  • You violate our terms,
  • You misuse the platform,
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

  • Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform.
  • Continue using of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
