2. Approval or expert review
   Repair begins after your approval, if you are unsure you can call our expert
3. Repair & spare parts
   If needed, we will source spare parts at fixed rates for the repair
4. Warranty activation
   Your appliance will automatically come under 60 days warranty after the repair, conditions apply
